Takahashi Ai - 5th Generation - Since 2001
Not as loud as the rest, she used to be self-conscious about her Fukui-ben accent. Now, as the leader, she's really come into her own. With her squeaky speaking voice her refined singing, and, er, un-ladylike screams (as witnessed in the Haunted House on an episode of Haromoni@), she makes a formidable leader and is always fun to watch. During their theater production, "Ribon no Kishi", Ai-chan played the lead role of Sapphire, a girl disguised as a boy.
